Growing up, our founder Odis Bledsoe III, learned the value of hard work early by founding and operating his neighborhood's landscaping business. After years of business development and after becoming a trusted construction partner for family and close friends, Home Answer's ethos was built on providing outstanding workmanship, fostering safety, and skill development, while delivering exceptional results ahead of schedule.

Over the years, Home Answers has invested heavily in industry knowledge and professional development. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we completed Clark Construction’s Strategic Partnership Training Program, earning the Capstone Award. In the years that followed, we earned HUBZone, CBE, DBE, Section 3, and SBE certifications.
In 2025, after completing the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority’s Small Business University, Gilbane Construction’s Rising Contractor Program, and receiving a Construction Management Certificate from the U.S. Urban Green Building Council, Home Answers honed its focus on sustainable building practices, local hiring, and workforce training.
